Is this SDMx endpoint ready for SDMx 3.1?
Pick an endpoint and press Scan. A scan downloads the endpoint's structure metadata (dataflows, DSDs, codelists, …), checks it against SDMx 3.1 and builds a report. It takes from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the size of the endpoint; a scan younger than an hour is reused.

Public endpoints only (no authentication). Give the SDMx REST v1 base that serves SDMX-ML 2.1
(e.g. https://…/rest on .Stat Suite) and, if the server has one, the REST v2 base
(e.g. https://…/rest/v2) used to test SDMx 3.1 output.
